Benita Jackson (Secretary)
Joining the FOCIS Advisory Board, I'm excited to champion open communication and idea exchange to strengthen our community presence, inspired by my 15-year teaching experience and unwavering focus on Oklahoma's children's education. As Secretary and a Case Manager at T. Greene Management, I'm devoted to collaborating with the board to reach our objectives.
Secretary Benita Jackson earned her Master's Degree in Early Childhood from the University of Central Oklahoma and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Oklahoma Christian University.

With an extensive 24-year career in law enforcement, I bring a wealth of expertise, dedication, and insight into the complexities of maintaining public safety, enforcing laws, and fostering positive community relationships. My experience encompasses various aspects of law enforcement, enabling me to contribute significantly to the overall wellbeing of the communities I serve.
Board Member Wayne Linzy, a dedicated Highway Patrol Officer with the Oklahoma State Department of Public Safety, brings extensive law enforcement experience to the FOCIS Advisory Board. Alongside his commitment to service, Wayne is renowned for his exceptional photography skills, capturing both official police business and community events.
