Job Description:
FOCIS Counseling in Oklahoma City is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Counselor/Therapist to join our team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients overcome life's challenges and committed to promoting mental health and well-being in our community.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal client care

Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

Active state license (LPC, LADC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years of counseling/therapy experience

Strong leadership qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
